Private Yoga Instruction

If you are looking into fine-tuning your ( personal ) practice you might consider booking a private yoga session. From enhancing technique in postures to a much more holistic and therapeutic approach in a private session you are sure to benefit from the personal attention and experience from your teacher.

We offer three kinds of Personal Tutoring:

Fundamentals

During these sessions you will work together with your teacher on your technique. Emphasis is placed on correct bio-mechanical alignment, proper breathing technique, a successful mindset and getting familiar with our yoga style and working on specific postures you might want to master. The fundamentals private yoga sessions are for any experience level. From the beginner to the experienced yoga student who wants to safely learn advanced poses such as headstand, handstand, backbends and for example crow. These sessions are also ideal to work with injuries. Learn how to modify poses to begin to heal your injuries.

Meditation

Learn how to meditate with one to one mentorship. Current research is validating what yogis have known for thousands of years. That the benefits of meditation are manyfold and that a regular meditation practice adds considerably to our overall well-being. From undoing the effects of stress to more clarity of mind to experiencing a lasting inner sense of peace, meditation is regarded as one of the main methods to enhance the quality of our lives. There are many different approaches to meditation and with the proper guidance you'll be able to develop a personal meditation practice that suits you best for your needs.

Anava Upaya Yoga

‘Anava Upaya Yoga’ means using everything at your disposal or in other words using individual means. During this coaching session we can determine the individual means that can help you in your practice and in life. In these private sessions we will go further than just looking at bio-mechanical alignment. More emphasis is placed on where you are energetically and in life and helping you to move toward where you want to be using time-proven yogic techniques.
