Leela Yoga is a dedicated yoga studio located centrally in Zurich. We offer several yoga classes a day, seven days a week. No pre-registration required, you can just show up and take class. Check our class schedule for your choice of our basic, all levels and meditation classes.

Leela Yoga Studio closes its doors on 30. May 2012! But before that we have a great schedule over the Holidays and a Goodbye Party:
join us on 30. May at 18:00 for a final class led by Nicole and Susan followed by food and drinks from Mohini, honoring all the wonderful moments spent at the studio!

We are going back to La Serraina, Mallorca!
On this retreat, we take a break from busy routines and we enter into a state where you can sink into deep relaxation by living blissfully in the present moment surrounded by nature.
Practicing all of the aspects of yoga including silent walks, seated meditation, cleansing pranayama (breath work), powerful asana (posture work), uplifting chanting, and learning philosophy allows you to create the space in your life for positive connection and personal transformation.
